CONSOLIDATED BUILDERS, INC has been building quality Commercial and Residential structures with Efficiency and Honesty since 1964. Incorporated in 1990.

Our expertise is in Light Gauge Steel. A product of the Drywall Industry in Hawaii, we used more light gauge steel than any other state including Florida. We continued in the Trades as a Drywall Contractor from 1976-1993, utilizing the application of light gauge steel during this period in the construction of major Hotels and High rises in the Honolulu area.

In 1990 we established Consolidated Builders, INC., and specialized in Heavy gauge Light Construction until present day. As well as Metal Framing for interior drywall framing, to structural and stand alone structures. Under Consolidated projects have consisted of large Custom Residential, to four story Commercial Buildings. All constructed with light gauge steel, slab to roof.
